Summary

The President wants to get rid of water rules for bathroom stuff like faucets and showers because they make things cost more and not work as well. The President tells the Secretary of Energy to change or get rid of rules about water and energy use in dishwashers, faucets, showerheads, toilets, and washing machines. The President also wants to make sure states can't make their own rules about these things.
